AI Processing (OpenAI)

We use OpenAI's language models to generate personalized travel itineraries. When generating your itinerary, your travel preferences and property location information are sent to OpenAI for processing.

Important: Guest names and email addresses are NOT included in AI prompts. Only anonymized preference data (e.g., "interested in local dining and outdoor activities") and property location context are shared with OpenAI.

OpenAI is a named AI sub-processor under this policy. OpenAI's data processing is governed by their Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and Denobiq Inc. ("Ajamjo", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Ajamjo platform, including our website, guest portal, property dashboard, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Denobiq Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Denobiq Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Pricing questions

Why per-room pricing instead of flat tiers?

Most hotel software uses per-room pricing because it's fair. A 5-room B&B and a 50-room hotel shouldn't pay the same price for the same product. With Ajamjo, you pay for the rooms you actually have. If you grow, your bill grows. If you don't, it doesn't.

What happens when my free trial ends?

Your account doesn't get locked. If you choose not to continue with a paid plan, you'll downshift to Free Forever automatically. Your data stays. Your guest portal keeps working. You can upgrade any time.

Will I ever get a surprise bill?

No. We never auto-bill overage. If you hit your monthly cap on itineraries or vendor emails, we'll show you an upgrade or add-on option, but nothing gets charged unless you click "Buy."

How does the 90-day ROI promise work?

If after 90 days on Pro or Scale you haven't earned back your subscription cost through vendor commissions, promotion revenue, or repeat-booking value attributable to Ajamjo, your next three months are on us. We'll review the numbers with you together. No fine print, no claim form.

Can I switch tiers mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you don't lose anything you've already paid for.

Do you charge a percentage of bookings?

Never. Some competitors take 1–2% of every reservation on top of subscription. We don't. Your subscription is the only thing you pay us.

Can I pause my subscription?
